We act as a facilitator between borrowers and lenders. We are not a direct lender and do not make credit decisions. Approval, terms, rates, and funding amounts are determined solely by the lender(s) participating in each transaction.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a legal resident or citizen of the United States, and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

4. Application and Funding Process

When you submit a funding application through our Site, you authorize us to share your information with our network of lending partners for the purpose of evaluating your funding request. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All funding decisions, including interest rates, repayment terms, and amounts, are at the sole discretion of the lender.
